REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is always the top priority at Just Lady Fashions. Our dedicated quality assurance teams check your items before shipment. At the moment, we do not offer Refund, but be rest assured that we constantly work to provide you with the best shopping experience.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending product returns on Beauty Product & Apparel (clothing, shoes & accessories).
You may exercise your return/ exchange the purchased items if purchased goods is damaged due company error within 7 business days in its original state (opened and unused) with receipt or proof of purchase from the date on which you received them from receive a store credit from Just Lady Fashions. We will only reship item when the damaged item is returned and received to company.
Process of Return/Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange. If you are approved, return/exchange will be processed within 7-10 days or store credit will automatically be applied after receiving the product in the account provided for your next purchase. Make sure that your items are returned unused in their original packaging within 7 business days from date of purchase for a store credit with the attached proof of purchase. We do not accept returns that are not in accordance with our policies and will be returned to you.
