Shipping policy
Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed (not including holidays and weekends). As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S Territories Orders shipped to Domestic P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent using USPS Priority Mail®. Because these are government addresses and therefore must be shipped using this method. Delivery may take longer than the standard transit times quoted.
** Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & the U.S. Territories**
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the U.S. territories may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Express delivery
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 10:00 AM EST will usually arrive within the Next day to 2 business days from the shipped date. Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day. Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
PLEASE NOTE: Express Mail and Next day delivery requires only the customer’s signature.
